can a legal notice be sent to the party on not fulfilling its commitment on providing 25 percent discount on purchase of ink and cleaning solution and also 30 percent on makeup for the machine and on being enquired upon dis the party had made a bizzare statement that the assistant sales manager a didnt had the authority.....so can we procete him in consumer case or civil......aslo main point to asked is that is there any difference if product is bought for personnal or commercial purpose .......
