Can a person who is party to the suit and sign as an advocat

Can a person who is Party to the suit and sign as an Advocate as well? I know people can represent themselves in courts and if the same person is also a lawyer it is better. Here I am ask this question in reference to a litigation between a Housing cooperative society where one of the management committee member is a advocate and representing the society. Your timely reply will help us a lot.

Q. Can a person who is Party to the suit and sign as an Advocate as well?

Ans. no a penson can not write an advocate who represent his suit.

Q.  I know people can represent themselves in courts and if the same person is also a lawyer it is better. Here I am ask this question in reference to a litigation between a Housing cooperative society where one of the management committee member is a advocate and representing the society.

ans. inperson a lawyer can also file a suit. but qusition is that  he is member of managemet committe. so first of all you should resion of above committee.
