Can a property of delhi be sold on power of attorney nowdays

If "A" gives power of Attorney (GPA +SPA) of his freehold residence in Delhi to "B" and get the power of attorney (GPA +SPA) registered in U.P.

My queries are:-

1. Is this power of attorney valid (now a days after supreme court decision)

2. Can "B" sale property of "A" further and claim money in his name.

3. Can "A" get this power of attorney cancelled.

power of Attorney does not convey title.
