Ours is a single building constituting 38 flats. Builder has done apartment deed. After builder stopped maintenance building, the owners joined hands to form Society. For this Chief promoter was selected.
Later society was registered, but we found out the Apartment deed was not cancelled.
Due to disputes, chief promoter and 4 other members resigned from Society and formed Apartment association with 5 people.
Is the Association legal? if yes, can Society and Association co-exists in same building?
