i just want to know about the possibilty of grand son's son claiming the property..??
actually the grand father wrote a will and made a gift deed to grand son . which he sold after his grand father died . my question is does the grand son's son has the right to claim ..?? thanking you

Ravi,
Tthere cannot be two testamentary document in respect of same property in favour of same person. then this itself creats dought that how diid the grand son acquired right over the property which he has sold. therefore the claim of grand son's son has some sort of force.
