Dear satyennsinha,

I am to inform you that first you should collect the Records of Rights from the office of the Tashildar concerned and verify that col.No.9 in which holders name can be appeared and in col.no. 10  it appeares how or on what basis entry has been made in col.no.9 means Mutation/Diary No. etc. then apply for this mutation so that you can ascertain the name of air port of authority of india appeared in the records.Once this traced further proceeding can be commenced in accordance with the provisions of law.For more details contact adv.ajitkumar@yahoo.com

It seems that there are different forms of village form VI i,.e. Record ofRight. You should get all entries from the beginning.Further all the entries are reflected in VF 7-12.Though the land which is acquired is tobe entered in VF VI,but because of lethargy,it is not done ,so the purchaser commits mistake.the Land Acquisition Officer is also competent to say as to which lands are acquired or proposed tobe acquired of which village.

You can also verify from others' entries surrounding that particular field.
