can anyone advice pls

Mera sasural wala ghar ancestral property hai and main mere sasural mein rehti hun but pati kiraye pe rehta hai.pati sath nahi rehna chahta.dvact mei mere paas order hai ki mujhe evict karne k liye civil suit file karna hoga.as of now meri saas ka fracture ho gaya hai toh sasuralwalon ne iska blame merepe lagaya hai.dvact order pass hone k baad mere inlaws ne appeal file ki hai sessions court mein ,toh kya usmein judge mujhe evict kar sakti hai ?saas ki health kharab honey pe bahu ko sasural k her1st floor pe alag rehne dia ja sakta hai? Pls help
