Can Apartment condominium and Housing Society co-exists in same building.
We have registered our housing society and have certificate from registrar office. The cheif promoter of society was not selected in managing comitte. So he created new Apartment condominium in same building with total 5 flat owners. he said he resigned from society membership, but didnt paid all dues.he is curretly not paying maintaince since last 1 year.
Can Apartment condominium and Housing Society co-exists in same building? If yes, who owns the common area and how maintaince should be divided?
