In 498a cases, can the evil wife go to court and request cancellation of the husband and his family's bail, so that the bribed police may go and arrest them again?
What should the husband do to prevent this?

Mr. Dino,
Once you got bail there are very less chances of bail cancellation unless you violate any terms and conditions of the bail.

Dear,
Its totally a court discretion and the explanation being given by you that would affect the judge mind. Even if you are not attending the court hearings, In think your advocate must be present and apply for an exemption application, if no body appears then the court can even issue bailable or non-bailable warrants.

single absence should normally be enough for bail cancellation
