Can a newborn child be named her/his surname different from parents?
1) If Mother and Father are having different surnames & if parents wants to keep their newborn child a different surname, is it possible by law in India/Andhra Pradesh. If so is there any specific procedure needs to be followed.
2) What will be challenges(like legal/property or VISA/Passport...etc) that kid face if his/her certificates (like Birth Certificate, Schooling … ) have a different surname from Mother and Father.
3) Will the child be eligible for same caste-reservations of parent, though child has a different surname from parents? (Note: Parents belongs to same caste)
