I own a 2bhk flat in a co-op housing society apartment. The GB is forcing not to sell the flat to a specific religion based owner. Please suggest if society body, can stop such sale and how to resolve this situation.

A. Society has no right to prohibit the sale of your flat.
B. Since you are a legal owner of the flat that can be transfer anybody.
C. Issue legal notice with respect to serve the procedure of preemption right.
D. Thereafter, you can sell the property subject to you have to get NOC from the Society.
F. If Society unintentionally try to stay your act, you can challenge the society activities in the District Co operative society.
