Hi Team,
Looking at the mushrooming illegal construction in Palghar, I wish to know if there is any law that would punish a corporator, who has failed to demolish encroachments.
A lot of encroachment (chawls, load bearing buildings, shops etc) can be seen on forest land and reserved lands blatantly and no one is seen taking responsibility,hence I wanted someone to help me with my query.
If there is such a lwa then can anyone assist me with the copy ofthe same please.
