Can counter anullment be filed?

In one of my friend's case the groom side filed a petition of nullity with false allegations on the girl of  getting the mairrage done under influence of drugs. The actual thing is that the boy used the girl to avoid a mairrage arranged by his parrents and did a fraud by forcing her sign the mairrage docs. written in a language which the girl doesn't understand.

Now can the girl file nullity on correct grounds while fighting against the nullity filed by the boy,as she doesn't want to accept the false allegation?

IT DEPENDS UPON THE THE GROUND OF NULLITY.

The boy and girl were frns but she never had mairrage plans with the boy.To avoid a mairrage arranged by his family the boy some how managed to get the girl's sign on a paper(registration form) written in some other language which she didn't understand. But she didn't sign infront of any mairrage officer.Even after the mairrage got registered they never lived together even for a single day.

The girl was scared to reveal this incident to her family so she kept quite hoping that this will never cause any problem in her future life untill she received a notice where the boy's family had filed nullity alleging the girl of kidnapping and taking the boy's sign under influence of drugs. After that she opposed the allegations on her.

The point is that the girl also wants nullity but not with the false allegations on her.

One ground which I see under which she can file nullity is fraud. After knowing the above facts can you suggest any other ground?

since they never lived together even for single day and mairrage was not consumated, can this be a ground for nullity?

Why boy wants to marry this type of girl, who addicted to drugs or taking drugs ?

This is a main question ?

If it is done in influence of drugs, Then he surely try to make a se-ual relationship too on that case ?   or all this done by boy only, If she belongs to a rich family (For money making only by easy means).

So first understand the facts & discuss with girl accordingly, Then plan to take any type of action against boy ?

Rest GOD knows about the truth in this case.

@PresentEyes-The fact is very clear. The boy's father had planned an arranged mairrage for him and their was some internal ego clash between father and son.To avoid the mairrage,he planned this game that he will manage to obtain a mairrage certificate with the girl's sign and avoid the arranged mairrage.

He did the same thing, obtained mairrage certificate and avoided his arranged mairrage and after few days he filed nullity putting false allegation on the girl.

The girl wants nullity but on true grounds. The girl doesnot want any maintainance or anything except proper nullity on true grounds.coming back to my question

since they never lived together even for single day and mairrage was not consumated, can this be a ground for nullity?

Hi Shonee,

Need your suggestions on this.though it was a childish behaviour from them but the girl is suffering a lot of harassment due to this and it won't be right for her to accept the false allegations.
