Can court break locks of my father house for evidence

I am in bit of dilemma because my wife have filed an application in court under DV act saying that there is some stridhan of her locked in my fathers house and she has asked court to break the locks to gain access to my fathers house. My father is abroad and there is absolutely nothing that belongs to my wife in my father's house. May i know if court can order to break locks ? if yes - then what is the remedy to stop this because my father has nothing to do with my personal problems.

Merely a reason that stridhan is in locked house cant made the house unlock

There are provisions for breaking open the lock in the presence of a court appointed Advocate commissioner in civil law.  If she has filed an application to that effect, you may give your counter by strongly objecting the same and during enquiry, let she be allowed to let in evidence to establish her allegations.  Discuss with your advocate and proceed further.
