Can court pasker have any right to issue disposal of rcr

After RCR filed by husband, the respondent wife appear through advocate for answer the RCR at 3rd court summon but 120 days over after that, no one appear from her side, even not submit any answer just avoid court. In this situation can court PASKER issue RCR Disposal letter in favor of the petitioner to the judge. And issue a next date for experty RCR Decree.

OR

If Respondent's  RCR response time over then how Experty RCR decree pass by the court ? I mean the process of  Experty RCR decree.

1. No he cannot. All he can appraise ld. Judge is non-appearance of respondent wife on date of proceedings.

2. The ld. Judge then issues Order for exparte proceedings for next date.

3. The above is process of ld. Court in instance query.

4. Once petitioner proceeds on exparte proceedings and ld. Court is convinced of Evidences / Affidavits then a Judgment is announced followed by exparte Decree in a RCR proceedings.

5. You are confused with ‘Decree’ and ‘exparte proceedings’ thus asking so many queries on one and same topics from past week or so is my observation.

Sir Tajobsindia,

What is "ld. Judge"  ?  I mean  the full form of "Id"

You you are right I am confused with ‘Decree’ and ‘exparte proceedings’.
