Can daughters claim the share in property?

Dear Advisors, We are 2 brothers and 2 sisters. My father bought the house in my and mh brothers name when Mh brother and I was minor. Now I am 32 years old and my brother is 30 years old. My questions are as follows: 1. Can my father transfer the property to my sisters? 2. Can my father sale the property to the third party? 3. Can my sisters claims there share in the said property?
