Sorry not new IT act 66A. Rather modified 66 A,  for characters of electronic messages. Very vague definition, one can use.

Example, messages sent to one via mail of menacing nature.

Instead of spoiling two people life if one finds amicable way to part, one should encourage to pursue that. I am also appreciative of author openly admitting mistakes and looking amicable way.

However I disregard the last post language.

66a - Is it related to communication between wife and husband?
