I am into HR working in relocation company. My company covers into shops and establishment act. i want to know the following things:
1. Is 21 days in a year a statutory requirement for giving earned leaves to an employee?
2. What is the minimum requirement on accumulation of earned leaves?
3. As our corporate office is in Delhi , Can we apply leave rules to all over india or there should be separate leave rule for Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bangalore and Pune?
4. Can Earned leave and Casual Leave be clubbed?
