1. IF the land is classified as "Old Tenure Land" in the Revenue Records, THEN irrespective of whosoever holds it today shall be able to buy /sell the same.
2. For further so demanded "clear procedures" kindly prefer to coordinate with a local property lawyer.

Such sale is specifically prohibited when the land is identified as scheduled land prohibiting sale to other communities as per Government orders. Only your local advocate can provide such information about such restrictions if any on sale to non-SC persons. You can also file RTI Application to jurisdictional Sub-registrar and seek information with such copy of GO and ask whether there are restrictions or bar on sale of agricultural land in survey no.....................at...............village by SC woman to the non-SC purchaser.
