Can government employee run clinic as a acupunture doctor

Respected Members,

Can Government employee ( in stores department - Tamilnadu ) run clinic as an acupunture doctor ?.

If cannot what action will be taken ?

Seek permission from the department stating that there will not be any hindrance to the normal duties and the working hours willnot clash with that of the office working hours.

In addition to what Advocate Issac Gabriel has stated, state also that it will be free social service. A Government servant cannot have another vocation of profit.
