Can High Court Recall its order

Dear Sirs, Can High Court recall its own order which is signed and well delivered in Public and order is posted on website.. ie fully released. In my case court has given disfavourable order on the basis of false submission by police. Later I got evidence that police sumission is false. So I want to appeal in HC under section 482 to recall the order.
