Here is my case, my wife who also happened to be my colleague earlier, is trying to trap me in false 498a due to which I had to resign my job in MNC.
before marriage we had some misunderstanding as she used to call her friends(boy) as sweet heart and was too close to them. she used to invite them to her birthday party and ignore me, which irked me and I sent some Nasty SMS can she is planning use as proof of cruelty in court. and also her parents are demanding 7 lakhs and they are blaming us that we did not gift her enough gold and did not buy her a iphone.
They are abusing me verbally so much.
