Can i buy a flat

My tenant was not vacating the house which is in chennai corporation limit, Hence i filled eviction petetion on the basis of below reason,

1.Willful default.

2.Bonafide ground

Now the case is at further evidence stage from tenant side, now I am planning to buy a new flat which is outside chennai.

Many says bonafide ground is valid only when you don't have any other house then your eligible to claim.

Any the house which i rented in vadapalani(chennai corporation limit) whereus the new one I am buying will be in Vandalur(kanichipuram dist - ver close to chennai), will that have any problem.

Whether I can go ahead and buy?

Please clarify.

You can make an agreement with the owner.  After the suit is decided you can purchase it.
