Party in Person can be option.

Adopt it only if you are fully conversant and confident.

Or if you are not satisfied with your lawyer, enagge another very able and good lawyer.

Well you may take ther risk but its always better to engage a lawyer as you being a lay man wont be able to understand the intricacies involved in pursuing litigation. Otherwise if you are confident enough, you may proceed. There is no bar which prevents you from doing so.

yes you can but you must a good counsel (off the record) and pay him his consultation. I am defending my case on my own butfor  documentation etc. I am consulting a good lawyer who charges beyond my financial budget but his consultation is within my reach.

I will take him on special hearings and pay him for per visit/hearing.

Dear Savitha,

Yes, you can as a party in person. But you need a help of lawyer to understand the procedure, submissions, evidence and writing drafts & applications.

If you are confident and quick learner. Yes you can.

Otherwise change your lawyer and engage another advocate.
