Dear Sir,

You need to take the court permission if you are planning to go abroad. If yuo have submitted your passport in the court then you need to make an application making certain submissions in the court.

What are chances of permission by court.

Court may grant permission subject to your complying with conditions imposed by it. Chances depend on the submissions made by you in your applicatioon.
