Can i leave the job

Company has not provided me any offer letter, appointment letter nor I signed any document with company.I worked there for two months when I told them that I will leave the job they made only part payment of my salary and told that they will pay part salary only if I continue in future. Which I accepted by making mail that I will join them in December. Is anyway I am binding to the company to work can they take legal action against me if I refused to work there. They are holding my salary due because they had paid for placement agency and provided training of tally.

Does the mail sent by me of continuing in future with this company is legal?

dear.prakash. as there does not exist any contractual relation  of employment in writing amounting to enforciable agreement, you may leave job.i think you might have not given receipt of payment.prakash chandra jain advocate indore-freelegal aid no 09826779759.

If there is no agreement then there is no need to even pay for placement agency expenses, notice period/pay.

There was no need for you to send any email agreeing to work in Dec.

You can demand payment of earned wages to the last day..............and decline to pay any expenses for placement agency.
