I given 2 Lakhs to my Ex wife brother thru netbanking. After we got separated, they did not given money back. Now we are separating mutually. They are not ready to give the money I given.
I am telling their lawyer that we need to mention the amount what I given to them after marrage for their financial crisis. Even they dont want to give I am fine with that. But their lawyer told, it is not possible to mention and it will create problem for me.
Please let me know is it good to mention that amount given to them as non payable money in addition to that the money I accepted as alimoney.
