Can I.O file chargesheet without listening 2 facts by accusd

Accused has been granted interim bail by high court, accused has also intimated the investigating officer his willingness to participate in the investigation but there has been no response by the I.O. Further 90 days have elapsed and the accused fears that I.O might file a chargesheet without listening to him. What are the remedies available for the accused

If investigating officer is not responding accused then matter might be serious. investigating officer can file charge sheet without listening him. Might be possible investigating officer wants money from accused which he can't say directly or other party purchased investigating officer .

Yes, the other party has purchased him. In this case what remedies are available with the accused.
