My husband work in a govt PSU and he has floated a tender for some requirement. I am a partner in LLP and want to participate in that bid. is it legally ok ? will my husband have to face any question from CVC, CAS audit ?

If any one complaint then there will be inquiry and if your husband is found guilty then he may have to face the action.
