Can i put rent in my part in an undivided building

My question is that, I am an 77%co owner of my building and the the co owner is 33%. So can I give rent my possession or part or share to people for per month rental type..?? But my other co owner is forcing me and telling that they would not allow me to put rent in my possession (even when it's my personal).. They are telling that putting rent in an undivided building is not legal, invalid.. They are threatening us and making money problems... They are telling me that they would only allow me put rent when I am ready to say yes I am ready for partition as their thought.. But the truth is that my share is more and is on each floor.. And they get jealous of my share... Now I am asking you that can I give my possession/part/share on monthly rent or not??? Bcoz the other co owner is threatening me and my family that they would not allow me to put rent... Please reply 🙏🏻
