I have a 2 BHK flat in Navi Mumbai.I am been residing in Bangalore for the past 4 yrs and am unable to travel to Mumbai frequently.I have been renting out my apartment for the past 4 yrs and have been renewing my agreement with the same tenant on an yearly basis.I have also started registering my rental agreement.
Is it advisable to continue with the same tenant, as people say not to continue with the same tenant for more than 3 yrs.
