I tried searching a solution for my below mentioned problem, but could not so requesting the resourceful persons here.
Question: I have a 30x40 in Bangalore and built up ground floor(took approval only for this from BBMP). now due to some finacial problem i was planning to sell it off, but my friend suggested me that he will build 1st floor and 2nd fllor for himself and pay me 15 Lacs for this. I just want to know weather its possible to allow my friend to do like that and how can he take legal ownership for 2 floor and late i should be able to build 3rd floor myself.
Kindly advice me on this.
