Can i show my excecutive mba fees as expenses in maintenance

Hello Experts ,

Can I show my executive MBA course fee which is 3Lakhs PA as an expence in maintenance case.

The case not yet filed, I am trying to find ways to reduce it.

I see the FAQ in www.498a.org in one of the maintanance query it is answered like the below :

is the maintenance 1/3 of husbands Salary?    --- ans: No, it will be 3000 only.

Can somebody please help me on this ...why it is mentioned differently in different sites ?
