Can I study LL.M as a regular student in the following circumstances?
- While I am practising as an advocate by attending some days to court for case issues.
- On those days, I would like to take leave from the LL.M college and attend to court.
- is the above practice and regular study valid?
- is my experience, in these two years, be considered while counting my experience of practice?
- is LL.M useful for practice?
Please take me out of this doubt raised in my mind, and inform me the laws/ acts those related to it.
