Society had decided in SGM to collect additional funds for Repairs and Painting and provided separate bills for the same using descripttion as "Repairs Funds", Many members did not pay that. Can Society now add interest for overdue / late payment? (Similar to society maintenance) Society is in Mumbai and over 35years old and has not adopted the latest MCS Act.
