Can midc plot be divide between 2 brothers ?

Hi All,

There is a MIDC Plot (named XYZ). It is on the name of my demised mother.

My question is that - Can that MIDC Plot be divide into 2 brothers ( who are legal heirs of that property ) ? Is has not to be a Partition because there is no bussiness entity running on that plot named XYZ.

Mr. Bhosale,

You have to go through the conditions mentioned inthe allotment letter. The transfer of plot can be done by paying the transfer fees to MIDC. In case the plot can transferred to one member also.
