Can my step-mother sell property of my deceased father?

Can my step-mother sell property of my deceased father under muslim law? I am 20 years old and after death of my father my step-mother has sold some of his properties without telling me. She has one son and a daughter from the wedlock. I am not aware about the number of properties in my father's name niether my step mother is telling me about it.

What can I do if she has already sold some of the properties?
Is there any way that I can get documents of sold and unsold properties without involving her?
She also possesses papers of properties which are exclusively in my name how can I get duplicate copies of those?

The share of all legal heirs in whole estate ( movable/immovable)  is as per personal law applicable to the deceased father ( Shia/Sunni...........)

A  very able counsel specializing in revenue/family/property/civil matters can help you.

Sir How can I even get the documents of properites which are in my name? I don't know the procedure. If she is not willing to give the documents to me then what options do I have?

You can search in o/o Authority e.g MC, Tehsildar, Patwaari etc......................

Better is to consult a counsel specializing in revenue/family/property/civil matters.

Rest is upto you.
