can newly married couple get divorce ?

Can a couple get divorce within 2 n half months of marriage..?? If wife proves through a video recording that her husband has a physical relation with his male friend.?

she was not havs any physical intimacy wid her husband...as they both needed time so tat was by mutual consent...is their any chances that her husband get benefit of this ??
