Can police publish such articles on their website?

Ladies Special  -  Signs of  a Cheating Husband

https://www.hyderabadpolice.gov.in/WomenCorner/CheatingHusband.htm

are such articles allowed in a police website ?

There are some some 20 points for women to detect their cheating husband. I will just paste

some funny ones . for full list pls visit Hyd police website on above link.

*Has he started avoiding you in the home? Doesn’t look into your eyes straight?

*Does he go out for longer and more frequent walks?

*Have you noticed him suddenly being more knowledgeable about women's clothing, perfume or jewelry? If so he could be buying gifts for another woman.

*Has he stopped leaving his clothes lying around or started doing any of his own washing, maybe because there are revealing smells or marks on them?

I am just wondering can such advise be published in a police website ?

Legal Experts your views on this Please.

No they cannot write/publish such things in the offical web site. One can write of the DG or any other top offical for removing such funny "sign of Cheating Husband"..

No, it  can not be published, but you can approach any NGO involved in women empowerment issues

What is mentioned in the said article on the police website is NOT against any particular individual. No specific names of any individuals have been mentioned. These are general hints and general suggestions. The intention behind those suggestions appears to be to help the women. I don't think there is anything illegal in posting such suggestions on a police department website (freedom of speech and expression under Article 19 of the Constitution permits it), though some people may not find it in good taste.

I support the views and opinions expressed by ld. Adv. Mr. Ashok in this regard.  There is nothing illegal about it nor it is unconstitutional.
