the commitee has decided to go for common dish antenna and as such the cable service would be disconnected compulsorily. we are left with no Choice than to pay additional for installation cost
is this practice justified by the commitee. the amount is being collected in cash. Thou the discounted rate is being offered to members now,the same would be charged at non discounted rate if we go for connection at a later date.

As per me society cannot compel to take particular dish connection. Please appoint advocate to file application to joint registrar and make complaint.

Committee is bound to follow the rules and regulations to run the affairs of the flat. I f they want to impliment any new service they have to conduct meeting and take consent from the members. If the majority agrees for it the committee has to follow it.

No..no person or organisation or society one can force you to buy particular thing to customer, you are a customer and you have every right to buy the thing or services of any company as per your own free will/choice .
