before 20 years a woman got marriage due to kick out from her husband for additional dowry and living with her father and she don't know for her relief as she is living in a village.
and her husband also got second marriage with a lady and blessed two children with out taking ANY DIVERCE FROM THE COURT OF LAW and got second marriage.
IS THERE ANY relief available from the court of law for her lively wood
by filing a petition for MC and a petition under section 494 of ipc as the occasion held about 20 years back.

File maintenance application for herself. If you file other cases at the most he will be in jail and lady will not get any maintenance and other dependent will also suffer.
