Can't bribe takers be promoted in GIPSA Co.s

The reply by K. Banerjee Chief   Manager points a finger towards the magical and mysterious CMD,GK(P), i.e.Krishna,his boss,others in  personnel deptt. and Chairman Ramadoss to whom personnel dept. finally reports.

Personnel Dept. enjoy what powers and and what are the duties and KRA's assigned to them.While Banrerjee states it them who deal with the matter, how and when and what was dealt by them.If they have conducted an enquiry or have ordered an enquiry  or have exonerated the bribe takers after the enquiry, or they have not deemed it fit to order an enquiry, then they shoulf state so in writing, and put in record and reply tot he RTI applications accordingly.

OR if no  employee was ever caught red handed  while taking bribe they should satte so i writing and close the matter with their reply. They are guarding any document related to defence of the borders of the country. They are in fact willfully and intentionally concealing the information and protecting the corrupt and bribe takers from the law hence they are themselves offenders along with bribe takers, therefore should be punished.

8. Diaries and calneders are supplied to each office in fixed quantity and record of  inventory is maintained  at all the offices by the concerned employee and each unit is to be accounted for. Receipt from each employee whoi has received the unit is to be taken.
Branch Manager has to compile and send the record to his controlling office and so on. Any variance is to be explained.If an employee has distributed the units to indivisuals outside the office he has to submit a list along with the approval given to him by his reporting authority. What is total amount spent on diaries and calenders. It should be a huge amount. How much out of it has been accounted for. How much  big bosses spend from their own pocket on such items?????????????? Kindly complain to CAG.If the units have not been accounted for , let the amount be recovered fromn the slalries or assets be attatched.

This seems to be a big ghotala. Amount involved in one ghotala can eradicate the poverty from the country.

5 & 7. Serous matter. Kindly supply the detail of the incidences to Banerjee. Kindly update him on the employee who was allowed a change in  his name and was promoted.

You should supply all details.

This has now become a matter  which can not be left untill all details are out and in public knowledge.

Skeletons shall roll out of cupboards....................

It is good that at least now the reply has come.It is reiterated and reconfirmed that no such list is maintained (and read as not prepared even after the matter has been brought in to the notice of CMD,GM(P) etc. Has these  emplyees responsible for acting in such matter acted the list would have been prepared and action would have been taken)

To point number 10, what is the response of Vigilance.
