Sir, my tenant is habitual offender , where ever he goes as tenant he made the owner to go to court to get the house into their possession (I,e in all 3 owners house he stopped rent & never quit after the expiry of agreement so all these owners went to court against him &filed a evection case to make him vacate) even I have also filed evection case against him
apart from these he is in forgery case, assault case filed in respective courts
I have all the certified copies of these can I give these copies to court as evidence to prove that he is habitual offender to win my evection case against him I'm 80yrs senior citizen plz help me sir
