I am planning to start a buisness and am on lookout for office space. As the rentals are high , I am planning to share on rent part of the exisiting shop space , the owner having his own buisness on the other half, divided by just a partition.
Can I take part of space on rent and get a gumasta license on the part space ?The owner also has a gumasta license on the same space.
