My wife filied false dowry case gainst me..now the case status is CS filied and pending for trial.my wife father is Govt employee and he has given statement to the IO that the dowry was given during the marriage which was mentioned in the CS.
also it was mentioned in the complaint that mrriage was arranged after i told to them that i am not interested on dowry and just arrange the marriage which was fact. But in the same complaint and CS also mentioned that the dowry was given during the marriage which false allegations.
Beign govt employee, it's against the serive rules to give the Dowry,can we pls adive if any complaint can be given against my wife father.if so whom we should give?police are not accepting any complaint.
