Can we get back our share of grandfathers property?

I am a Hindu. What are the rights on my late grandfathers self earned property? My grandfather has four children namely my mother, uncle and two aunts .My uncle usurped the land by getting my mother, my late aunt’s daughter and my grandmother to sign a release deed in the pretext of getting a POA. He got it executed just before my arrival back to India for good in 2008.He never furnished a copy of the deed upon request and i finally had to procure the copy from the registrar’s office to know the truth in 2012.My other aunt hasn't signed the deed. Can my uncle sell the land at this juncture as the land hasn't been subdivided? What are the chances and options of me fighting it out legally to get our share back? Can this case be contested on criminal grounds?

since your mother along with the other two legal heirs had signed a registered release deed nothing can be done now.but the aunt who hadnot signed the release deed can obtain an injunction aginst the property and also can file a partition suit to claim her share
