Can we seen clarification on the order of magistrate

Hi Sirs,

Magistraet court passed order saying that: "Petitioner/Accused is taking the Burdon of Prosecution on himself and seeking documents" which is beyond the CrPC and petition is dismissed.

I understand that the Prosecution job is seeking conviction in my case ... means as per Order I understand that I/Accused/Petitioner asked documents U/s 91 CrPC..... but I surprise because:

1). How court came to know that these docs will support prosecution but not Accused/Petitioner.

2). How court arrives to this conclusion without ordering and veriying these docs...

Is there any procedure for the Accused/petitioner to ask court clarification on above points.
