Can wife stop the sale of husband property?

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Wife is expecting me to divorce. In this Situation I want to sell a land which is in my name,

But the property (register office) comes under my wife's native.

Can My wife has the right to stop/stay against my property sale?

Or can she complaint in police station about that and stop?

You can sell your property so long as there is no prohibitary order from the court in respect of the property.
