Can witnesses testify in another court

hi friends,

just want to ask that can witnesses testify in a court of another state

wife has filed 125 and rcr in her hometown, that is another state

i live in maharashtra. now my witnesses are reluctant to travel that far to another  state to testify.. now i fear that i wll not have any witnesses at all

since i have filed a divorce here in my hometown. the divorce case is also going on. now, can my witnesses state something here in this pune court, which has relevance to rcr and 125 cases which are going on in another court?

will the court allow this to happen. if not, what is the other easy remedy. as witnesses are not willing to travel a long distance to testify for me. pls advice. thanks

if it would be a hardship to you to go to court. For other courts, you can call the court registry and explain that you want to ask a judge to cancel a summons.

Dear Querist

no if you want to tastify or give your witness in your favour, it your duty to appear before the court alongwith witness in which the matter is pending. the witness can not be testify by another court.

Feel free to Call
