i had booked the marraige Hall for my son by paying Rs. 67000/- and while booking they had told us that they will take cash upto rs. 20000/- so we had split the same in 5 different name and they had issue us the receipt as donation.
Due some reason we had cancelle the marraige and letter given for the cancellation of booking 6 months in advance that time they told us that if we get booking for some one elce we will refund you. and they had given the hall to some one on our booking date.
Now they are giving some or other excuses and not paying us the refund.
pl. suggest what to do?
